The alignment of my skeleton requires, during my workouts, my primary focus. The alignment of the skeleton system is important for efficient running, only then the engagement of essential muscles will be enabled. During one of these workouts, I recognized in the runner’s bio-mechanics, a metaphor for the structure of Machine Projects.

MACHINE OVERHAUL DEFINITION

2.1 Definition

Machine Integrity is a concept of performance, reliability and a balanced lifetime of costly components subject to aging or wear and tear.

Machine Integrity can be defined as the ability, to perform its required function, and to make money.
Integrity can be measured , hence it’s a controlled condition (maturity level 4 or higher, read the applicable Thread).

The  Rotating Equipment Engineer's (REE) task during the overhaul is, restoring the integrity to a determined condition.
