- Project Objectives/StrategiesCost – Scope – Duration, are based on a first approach of required deliverables.
- Overhaul Objectives/StrategiesPerformance – Reliability – Lifetime are based on a first approach of the planned Overhaul.
- Safety Objectives/StrategiesTacit knowledge – Unsafe Acts – Unsafe Conditions are based on a first approach of Safety issues.
Then, the alignment (read: optimization) between
objectives of the three Supports have to be performed; i.e.: the alignment of Supports means the economic
calculation of alternative combinations of targets for project, Overhaul and
Safety. Only then engagement of all Supports could be enabled; i.e.: the alignment
of all objectives produces the 'elixir', which activates the interaction,
for strong results of deliverables.
Optimization is the economic calculation of
alternative combinations of targets; a lesser mature issue, calculating risks is
difficult. Examples of alignment of alternative combinations of targets for
Project, Overhaul and Safety, are described in this Post.
